IT ALL STARTED WITH BILL IN 1964

He loved to make a sauce that was handed down to him from his parents, and grandparents. Bill handpicked the ingredients and then cooked it over 3 days before serving it with the Sunday roast.

He used the best, handpicked chillies chopped up and thrown in with other secret ingredients that only Bill knew of, for family and friends to enjoy.

Until someone asked the all-important question: Why couldn’t it be shared with sauce lovers across Australia? And so, Bill’s two sons brought Billy B’s fermented hot sauce to life for everyone to enjoy.
